Administrator Officer

**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing manpower logistics, maintaining accurate documentation for audit compliance, and assisting the Human Resources (HR) department at Headquarters (HQ). The role ensures smooth administrative operations and supports HR initiatives at the local level.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manpower Management**:
Monitor, track, and manage deployment and attendance of manpower according to operational needs. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure workforce efficiency.
- **Documentation & Audit Compliance**:
Organize, file, and maintain all relevant administrative and HR documentation in a systematic and audit-ready manner. Ensure all documents are compliant with internal and external audit requirements.
- **HR Assistance**:
Support the HR Department at HQ by coordinating local HR tasks such as onboarding, staff communication, leave tracking, and local employee relations.
- **Administrative Support**:
Handle general administrative duties including office supplies management, correspondence, and coordination of office maintenance and logistics.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in GG Office (Google Documentation).
- Familiarity with documentation processes and audit standards.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
