**Job Role: Customer Service Executive (Outdoor)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers face-to-face at events, roadshows, and promotional locations
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving basic issues on-site
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain daily records of customer interactions and feedback
- Work closely with marketing and event teams to ensure excellent customer experience
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian citizens only
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Willing to work outdoors and travel locally
- Able to work independently and in a team
