HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain employee records, including personal files, leave, and attendance records.
- Prepare and handle HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and warning letters.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction and asset returns.
- Handle employee welfare matters, including medical claims, insurance, and wellness programs.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax.
- Prepare HR-related reports, such as attendance analysis and employee data.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Liaise with relevant parties such as government agencies, panel clinics, and external organizations regarding employee matters.
- Coordinate internal HR activities and programs, including training, corporate events, and other HR initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
- Strong communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
