To ensure yearly income tax filing is completed for expatriates/tax clearance is done when they are leaving /resigning or existing the country.

To prepare payroll for white collars staffs ( Bossnet System experience is an added advantage

Assist in local/foreigners scheduling of interview/boarding and accommodations and relevant parts.

Review and approve employee disciplinary actions.

To handle office admin related matters.

Develop and interpret personnel policies consistent with HR Directions.

Ensure employee handbook reflects current policy.

Prepare HR correspondence such as appointment letter, promotion letter, transfer letter & etc.

Conduct both orientation program and exit interview.

To manage administration functions of the company.

To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Dip/Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Studies or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource with 3 years of experience in IR/ER
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with all levels within organization, strong assessment and influencing skills
- Sound knowledge in Employee Act and Labour Law
- Independent and self driven
- Willing to work at Subang Bestari Shah Alam
- Able to start work immediately
- Possess own transport
- Preferably from Manufacturing background

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
