**Client Service Executive**

**Location**: Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur
**Working Hours**: 9:00am-6:00pm

**Responsibilities**: (Enhanced)
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, particularly **Chinese-speaking clients**, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, quotation sheets, presentation decks, and post-mortem reports for client campaigns.
- Monitor project timelines, manpower deployment, and campaign KPIs to ensure on-time delivery and optimal results.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients during active campaigns or activation periods.
- Assist in sourcing and briefing promoters or brand ambassadors to match client expectations.
- Maintain and update client information, contracts, and project status in internal databases.
- Provide creative input and support in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, events, and activations.
- Manage client feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring resolutions are timely and satisfactory.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients, with the goal of securing repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activation activities to provide value-added insights to clients.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **Fluent in Mandarin and English** (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing support is preferred.
- Passionate about events, branding, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
