**About the Role**:
As a Client Services Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance across our diverse range of insurance products. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of our client services team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Provide accurate and informative assistance regarding policy information, claims processes, and general product knowledge.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

**Administrative Support**:

- Process policy changes, updates, and cancellations.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of claims documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our various insurance products and their features.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

**Teamwork**:

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the client services team and other departments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English, Chinese, Malay).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Insurance: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
