We are looking for an organized and proactive Purchaser/Buyer to assist our founders in managing the procurement process and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires close collaboration with our founders, inventory team, and finance team, focusing on supplier management, shipping logistics, budget allocation, and seamless communication. You will play a vital role in supporting the team and streamlining the purchasing workflow, enabling the brand to thrive.

**1. Procurement Management**
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and terms.
- Maintain and update a database of reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Place orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers.

**2. Shipping & Logistics**
- Manage shipping processes, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.
- Track shipments, handle customs clearance, and resolve logistics issues.
- Ensure all import/export documentation is complete and accurate.

**3. Budget Allocation**
- Work with the founders to allocate and manage purchasing budgets effectively.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with company financial goals.
- Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

**4. Finance Collaboration**
- Liaise closely with the finance team for payment processing, order reconciliation, and budget tracking.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on procurement activities and spending.
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts based on procurement needs.

**5. Inventory Coordination**
- Partner with the inventory team to ensure stock levels meet operational and sales needs.
- Communicate promptly about any potential supply chain or inventory disruptions.
- Support inventory planning based on seasonal or campaign demands.

**6. Founders’ Support**
- Assist the founders in managing purchasing operations and making informed decisions.
- Provide regular updates to the founders on procurement status and supplier performance.
- Take ownership of operational tasks to alleviate the founders’ workload.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education_
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience_
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
