**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including institutional investors, crypto exchanges, traders, and blockchain startups.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

**2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, and corporate clients interested in digital assets.
- Educate clients on cryptocurrency products, trading platforms, DeFi solutions, and investment opportunities.
- Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering tailored crypto solutions.

**3. Market & Industry Analysis**
- Stay updated on **market trends, blockchain technology, and regulatory changes** in the crypto space.
- Analyze competitors and market demand to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and client engagement.

**4. Team Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, compliance, and marketing, to enhance the company's crypto offerings.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

**5. Compliance & Risk Awareness**
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to **crypto regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance**.
- Educate clients on the risks and benefits of crypto investments.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- **3-5 years** of experience in **sales, business development, or account management** within the **cryptocurrency, fintech, or blockchain industry**.
- Strong network in the crypto community, including **traders, investors, and blockchain projects**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of **cryptocurrency trading, DeFi, NFTs, blockchain technology, and digital asset investment**.
- Familiarity with **crypto exchanges, wallets, and blockchain protocols**.
- Experience using CRM tools like **Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar**.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and presentation skills**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to **work in a fast-paced, highly volatile market environment**.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
- Ability to travel for industry events and client meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
