**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers by phone to sell our products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about our products or services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor the pitch to meet those needs.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of calls made and sales achieved.
- Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Attend sales training sessions and keep up-to-date with product knowledge.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good time-management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
