Front Desk Clerk

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
a) Attend to all registration and admission at counter
b) Perform as customer service by providing general information regarding hospital and insurance matter
c) Create folder for new patient
d) Go through all incoming mail and distribute to the respective department accordingly.
e) Ensure an appropriate filling system by documenting systematically all relevant documents for easy retrieval and secure manner.
f) Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
**Job requirements**
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Team Player, meticulous and customer service oriented with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Able to work in fast-pace environment
- Able to work on shift basis.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
