We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees._ The Sales Executive has to travel within the assigned sales territory to promote and selling a range of food supplements to retail pharmacies or other healthcare providers. This role requires building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring that they have the appropriate product knowledge to effectively market and sell our food supplements. **Responsibilities**: - Identify and approach potential clients in the health supplement industry, such as retail pharmacies or healthcare providers. - Make regular call visits, take orders, etc. to achieve sales targets for assigned territories. - Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed to ensure sales plan is on track to meet KPI. - Execute sales activities for assigned territory, including product portfolios and new product introduction, order taking, merchandising display set-ups and in-store activities. - Manage and monitor progress of sales activities, including market hygiene. - Handle customers’ queries and provide product information and support. - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by promoting food supplement products. - Monitor and provide monthly report on sales performance, market trends and competitors’ activities in assigned sales territory. - Educate and train customers on product usage, benefits, and market potential to drive sales. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and other promotional activities to represent the company and its product lines. - Participate in sales and promotion activities with the marketing team. - Travel within assigned sales territory to meet customers. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food supplement, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries. - Strong communication, negotiation, selling and presentation skills with the ability to explain product details and benefits effectively. - Knowledge of dietary supplements, health trends, and customer needs within the wellness industry is an advantage. - Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach in a team environment. - Must be willing to travel locally and outstation, and possess own car. **Remuneration & Benefits**: - Basic Salary + Attractive Sales Commission - EPF/SOCSO/PCB - Car Maintenance + Travelling Reimbursement - 5-day week - Medical - Insurance - Incentive Trip Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Cell phone reimbursement - Company car - Maternity leave - Parental leave Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay - Performance bonus
