**Responsibilities**:

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Funnel Optimization: Design and refine marketing funnels to maximise conversion rates. Implement testing protocols to identify bottlenecks and optimise each stage of the funnel for various customer segments.
- Performance Marketing Oversight: Manage and optimise PPC campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, ensuring they meet ROI goals and adhere to budget constraints.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyse campaign performance and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.

**Job Requirement**
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in digital marketing, Prior experience in a management role is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Google Analytics, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret complex data, optimise resources, and execute market research that drives strategic decisions.
- Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to envision and execute long-term strategies that meet evolving market demands and technological advancements.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on precision in all aspects of work.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
