- 通過電話、電子郵件和聊天以中文和英語回應客戶查詢,提供有關旅遊服務、目的地和政策的準確信息。
- 協助客戶預訂航班、酒店、旅遊和其他旅行相關服務,確保無縫和愉快的體驗。
- 及時且專業地處理客戶投訴和解決問題,努力超越客戶期望。
- 保持對與台灣市場相關的旅遊產品、服務和行業趨勢的最新了解。
- 與其他部門(如銷售和運營)合作,確保一致的客戶體驗。
- 準確處理付款和管理客戶帳戶,注重細節
**Job Summary**: As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Taiwan. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and any issues they may encounter during their travel experience. You will provide outstanding service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trends relevant to the Taiwan market.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Process payments and manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow up with customers post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
