**Responsibilities**:

- Reports to EVP Delivers administrative and / or secretarial support to senior management, operating within the context of high business criticality corresponding to the manager's level of accountability in the organization.
- Deals with important and pressing deadlines; addresses complex questions, drawing on multiple sources of information in response.
- Performs complex tasks (booking, scheduling, content preparation), utilizing procedures that can be either structured and standardized, or unclear and absent.
- Communicating with tact - exercising influence and persuasiveness - for effective interaction with others, including other senior managers and leaders.
- Deals with most-confidential information within and outside of the Company.
- Develop and maintain a sound understanding of business activities and objectives of the business their manager leads, in order to be able to provide the required support.
- Plan, prioritize and effectively allocate time to specific tasks.
- Maintain an effective agenda and an efficient diary on manager's behalf.
- Develop and maintain a wide network of relevant business contacts, both internally and externally, on managers' behalf.
- Process complex expense claims.
- Supports General Manager in day to day admin tasks related to sales and marketing.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong project management skills - organize staff events e.g. town hall, events, campaigns, workshops
- Handle legal contract signing and stamping with CP Strong Stakeholder Management
- liaise with local, regional, global staff visiting and meetings coordinator
- Effectively communicate in English.

**Additional Details**:

- Offered Salary: RM 3,000
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Location: Kuala Lumpur

- Bachelor's (preferred)
