**Job Role and Functions**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to all team members in the Materials Solution (CKV) Department.
- Manage logístical arrangements, including meeting schedules, hotel, transportation, flight bookings, and golf bookings for team members.
- Assist with claim submissions using Digiflow and GBS systems for travel, entertainment, and other claims.
- Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, and courier invoices for relevant parties, including MC, MC group companies/branches, and vendors.
- Handle purchasing and monitoring of monthly subscription data for chemical product import/export.
- Manage and maintain Public Official (ARL) records for Form A.
- Organize and maintain office documents in the database.
- Coordinate departmental events and luncheons.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing appointments and handling sensitive information for the Department Head.

**Relevant Experience**:
At least 3 years of working experience in the corporate business environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in data inputting on the SAP System (GBS) is preferred.
- Experience in coordinating guest visits including accommodation, transport, meeting schedules, access passes and overall logistic.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,740.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
