Customer Service Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to DMs, comments, and inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
- Sales & Upselling: Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and upsell to increase order value.
- Order & Inquiry Management: Address customer concerns, order status updates, and product-related questions efficiently.
- Retention & Follow-Up: Send follow-up messages to past customers, encouraging repurchases and brand loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Attend training sessions to stay updated on product details and selling points.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive shopping experience by being helpful, friendly, and responsive.
- Reporting & Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to improve service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Chinese
- Smart & Lively Personality: Energetic, proactive, and able to engage customers positively.
- Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confident in upselling and promoting products naturally.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and persuasive in writing (Mandarin & English& Malay required).
- E-Commerce Familiarity: Experience with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is a plus.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Patient, problem-solving mindset, and ability to handle difficult customers with ease.
- Self-Motivated & Organized: Able to manage high-volume inquiries efficiently without supervision.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
