We are looking for a **Receptionist **or **Customer Support Specialist** to assist our service center customers with technical problems when using our products and services.

**Receptionist / Customer Support Specialist** responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software & hardware of IT products

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features of our products and services.
- Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Communicating effectively with other departments and service providers, creating a ‘one team’ approach to delighting our guests.
- Resilient and reasonable judgment in handling customer complaints.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least Diploma certification and above
- 1 year working experience in related field (retail sales experience is an added advantage)
- Must be able to communicate the business language - English, Bahasa Malaysia; understand at least 1 common mandarin dialect.
- Outspoken, Friendly, Positive Attitude and able to work with public
- 6 days work week (can commit work on weekend / public holidays)
- Passion and willing to work in retail environment/ retail shift hour(10am - 7pm / 1pm - 10 pm)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to APPLY.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
