Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our IT support helpdesk team. As a fluent Cantonese speaker, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our Cantonese-speaking users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for Cantonese-speaking users.
- Provide step-by-step instructions and guidance to users in Cantonese, ensuring they understand solutions and troubleshooting procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams or senior technicians for resolution.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends and developments to improve support services.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Cantonese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and VPN configurations.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,200.00 per month
