Role Description

This is a full-time Associate Customer Support role based on-site in Cyberjaya. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, provide accurate and timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries via various channels, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with internal teams to address concerns effectively. The role requires active listening, empathy, and the ability to uphold professional relationships with customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in customer support tools and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Empathy, patience, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and in a professional environment
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
