**Description**:
**1. Payroll**
- Processing payroll, which includes ensuring Overtime & staff deduction are tracked in the system
- To ensure all statutory payment to be paid on time (EPF,SOCSO,EIS,PCB,HRDF, Zakat & etc)
- Performing payroll audits and recommending any correction actions
- To ensure the payroll system filing efficient and in good condition.
**2. Recruitment**
- Performing full set of recruitment from advertising, screening, selection, arranging the interview & formalization of appointments, preparation of appointment letters and staff induction
- Recruitment for Internship Program
**3. Leave Record**
- Maintain annual/emergency/medical leave records of all employees;
- Maintain annual medical benefit records of all employees
**4. Others**
- Oversee & handle overall Human Resource matters (disciplinary actions, staff activities & etc) and ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/Development or in a related discipline or equivalent;
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- **Well versed with payroll systems, statutory deductions and other government regulations are an added advantage**;
- Self-motivated, energetic, pro-active and possess the ability to work independently as well as able to work with others as a team;
- Applicants must be Malaysian Citizen (Bumiputra);
- 1 position available.
