Tanggungjawab Utama:
**Pentadbiran & Pengurusan Pejabat**
- Mengurus pentadbiran harian seperti penyediaan dokumen, kemasukan data dan organisasi fail (digital dan fizikal).
- Mengekalkan rekod, sistem pemfailan, pangkalan data, dan senarai kenalan.
- Memproses invois dan pesanan pembelian.
- Berurusan dengan setiap jabatan di pejabat untuk peralatan, penyelenggaraan dan bekalan.
- Memastikan kelancaran pejabat eksekutif dan membantu sokongan pentadbiran am.
**Sokongan Eksekutif**
- Mengekalkan dan mengurus kalendar eksekutif, termasuk menjadualkan mesyuarat dan pelantikan dalaman/luaran.
- Menyediakan laporan, pembentangan, bahan mesyuarat, dan surat-menyurat.
- Bertindak sebagai titik hubungan pertama untuk pihak berkepentingan dalaman dan luaran, menyaring komunikasi dan permintaan.
**Pengurusan Tugas Peribadi**
- Membantu dengan tugas peribadi dan mengurus tanggungjawab bukan berkaitan perniagaan, termasuk janji temu.
**Kerahsiaan & Kebijaksanaan**
- Mengendalikan semua tugas dengan tahap kerahsiaan, profesionalisma dan kawalan emosi yang tinggi.
- Pastikan dokumen dan maklumat diurus dengan selamat.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
