**What will you do**:

- ** Define and own the strategic roadmap for the loyalty program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.**:

- ** Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration in partnership with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.**:

- ** Gather user feedback and analyze program performance to guide continuous improvements and innovation.**:

- ** Stay informed on market trends and competitive programs to maintain a leading-edge offering.**:

- ** Optimize current loyalty features while identifying and developing new opportunities for engagement and growth.**:

- ** Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to localize and tailor programs to specific markets.**:
**What makes you a good fit**:

- ** 7+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement.**:

- ** Background in trading, fintech, or financial services is preferred.**:

- ** Demonstrated success launching and iterating on consumer-facing products at scale.**:

- ** Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product development.**:

- ** Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.**:

- ** Experience balancing customer needs with business goals in fast-paced environments.**:

- ** Knowledge of crypto or digital finance is a strong plus.**:

- ** Passionate about the future of loyalty in fintech and digital platforms.**:
