Handle full spectrum of customs declaration processes for import and export shipments.
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation including K1, K2, K8, and K9 forms via relevant customs systems (e.g. SMK, eDeclare).
- Verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, permits, BL/AWB, COO, etc., before declaration.
- Liaise with customs officers, port/airport authorities, and government agencies to ensure smooth clearance processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments (CS, warehouse, transport) and clients for timely and accurate shipment handling.
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations, HS codes, duties, and exemptions.
- Investigate and resolve any declaration discrepancies or customs-related issues.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Generate and analyze reports related to declaration activities for management review.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
