Key Responsibilities:

- Perform picking and packing of items based on customer orders.
- Ensure all parcels are packed accurately and neatly before delivery.
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks.
- Arrange and store inventory properly according to FIFO/FEFO systems.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse area at all times.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial documents relevant to ongoing transactions.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing documentation or basic reports
- Coordinate with other departments to validate and update financial information as required
- Perform data checks and quality control to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and sensitive company data
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Finance team as assigned

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
