Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Kami sedang mencari Pembantu Pengurus Rumah Tamu (Guesthouse) yang berdedikasi dan teratur untuk mengurus operasi harian Homestay kami. Calon yang ideal akan bertanggungjawab mengurus tempahan, menyelaraskan dengan kakitangan pembersihan, dan memastikan tahap kepuasan tetamu yang tertinggi. Tanggungjawab Utama:
- Pengurusan Tempahan: Mengendalikan semua tempahan tetamu, termasuk tempahan dalam talian dan walk-in. Memastikan rekod tempahan adalah tepat dan menyelaraskan penugasan bilik. Skop kerja termasuk mengurus sebutharga, invois & resit.
- Penyeliaan Kakitangan: Mengurus dan menyelia pasukan pembersihan untuk memastikan semua bilik dan kawasan umum bersih, terjaga dengan baik, dan memenuhi piawaian kualiti. Mengemaskini rekod check-in & check-out setiap hari.
- Perkhidmatan Tetamu: Menjawab pertanyaan tetamu dengan segera berkaitan tempahan, perkhidmatan, dan apa-apa keperluan lain. Memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang untuk memastikan pengalaman memuaskan.
- Pengawasan Operasi: Memantau operasi rumah tetamu, memastikan semua aspek berjalan dengan lancar. Menangani sebarang isu yang timbul dengan penyelesaian yang cepat dan berkesan.
Pengurusan Inventori:
- Menyelia inventori bilik (perabot dan kelengkapan) dan bekalan pembersihan dan kemudahan tetamu. Memastikan stok mencukupi dan pesanan dibuat bila diperlukan.
Pengurusan Kewangan:
- Membantu dalam menguruskan bajet rumah tetamu, termasuk mengawal kos berkaitan kakitangan, bekalan, dan perkhidmatan.
Laporan:
- Menyediakan dan membentangkan laporan berkala mengenai kadar penghunian, maklum balas tetamu, dan kecekapan operasi.
Kelayakan:
- Pengalaman terbukti dalam pengurusan hospitaliti, terutamanya dalam rumah tetamu atau hotel kecil. Pengalaman minimum 1 tahun
- Kemahiran kepimpinan dan pengurusan pasukan yang kuat.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang mesra.
- Mahir dalam perisian tempahan dan aplikasi pejabat am (Latihan akan diberi).
- Keupayaan untuk mengendalikan pelbagai tugas dan bekerja dengan cekap dalam persekitaran yang pantas.
- Kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah yang kuat dan perhatian terhadap perincian.
- Fleksibel dengan waktu bekerja, termasuk hujung minggu dan cuti umum.
- Harus mempunyai kenderaan sendiri.
- Tempat tinggal yang dekat dengan premis diberi kelebihan.
