We are seeking a dedicated _**_Finance & Administrative Coordinator _**_to join our team and play a vital role in managing our financial operations, HR processes, and administrative tasks. _

**_Position Overview: _**:

- The _**_Finance & Administrative Coordinator _**_will oversee daily financial activities, manage HR documentation, and support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking across multiple domains. _

**_Key Responsibilities: _**:
**_1. Finance & Accounts Management _**
- _Manage accounts payable and receivable. _
- _Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll. _
- _Monitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation. _
- _Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records. _

**_2. HR Coordination _**
- _Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, etc.). _
- _Maintain employee records and HR documentation. _
- _Manage attendance and leave tracking. _
- _Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinating employee benefits. _
- _Taking work report from employees _

**_3. Administrative Support _**
- _Organize meetings, appointments, and company events. _
- _Maintain office supplies and oversee vendor management. _
- _Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. _
- _Coordinate with external partners and service providers. _

**_Requirements: _**:

- **_Education: _**_Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. _
- **_Experience: _**_1+ years of experience in finance, HR, or administration roles. _
- **_Skills: _**
- _Proficiency in Google Suits and accounting software. _
- _Familiarity with HR processes and basic labor regulations. _
- _Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. _
- _Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. _
