**Summary: Social Media Manager - Influencer Marketing & Social Media Agency (Jalan Klang Lama, KL)**

Our client is an innovative media agency specializing in influencer marketing, social media management, and online-to-offline (O2O) strategies, with a strong presence on platforms like TikTok and XiaoHongShu. They focus on connecting brands with Southeast Asia’s influencer market to deliver impactful campaigns.

**Role Overview**:
The Social Media Manager will lead social media strategy and execution, manage influencer partnerships, and run paid campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement. The role involves content creation, community management, performance tracking, and cross-team collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (TikTok, XHS, IG, FB, etc.)
- Create and manage engaging content
- Lead influencer collaborations and analyze performance
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Engage with online communities and manage growth
- Work closely with creative, media, and event teams

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of social media management experience (agency/brand)
- Able to manage a team of experienced staff
- Strong knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, content formats
- Familiarity with XiaoHongShu and TikTok trends
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (BM is a plus)
- Analytical, creative, and strategic mindset

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- Salary: RM 6,000-RM 8,500/month
- Competitive benefits, EPF/SOCSO/EIS
- Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
