Our company, a leading retailer of car accessories selling on various platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, is currently looking for a passionate and motivated E-commerce Manager. This exciting role will be a key leader in our company's efforts to grow our online business and provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.

As an E-commerce Manager, you'll be overseeing a dynamic team of 12, including a graphic designer, a video content creator, a customer support representative, a product listing manager, an intern, a warehouse manager, and six warehouse staff members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day e-commerce activities, including overall responsibility for the online performance of the business.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- Oversee and manage the team to ensure smooth operations, from product listing and promotion to warehouse logistics and customer support.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Video Content Creator to create high-quality, engaging content for product listings and promotions.
- Work closely with the Customer Support Representative to ensure customer queries and complaints are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise with the Product Listing Manager and Intern to maintain and update product listings on all e-commerce platforms.
- Supervise and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and staff to ensure efficient logistics operations, timely product delivery, and inventory management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends, and propose actionable strategies based on these insights.
- Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with the regulatory requirements in Malaysia.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Proficient in data analysis and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
