**Key Responsibilities**: Team Leadership and Management: - Supervise the team to ensure service quality is maintained during peak hours. - Ensure the team follows Cotta’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. - Set and organize the team’s weekly work schedule. - Conduct performance evaluations to ensure proper growth and promotion within the team. - Foster a positive team environment to motivate and build a cohesive group. Customer Service and Satisfaction: - Maintain Cotta’s high standards of customer service, food standards, cleanliness, and integrity. - Ensure Cotta’s customers are happy and satisfied with their dining experience. - Handle customer complaints diplomatically and resolve them in a professional manner. Operations and Maintenance: - Periodically check and arrange for the restaurant’s equipment maintenance and repair schedules. - Implement cost-saving measures to optimize operational efficiency. Financial and Inventory Management: - Prepare, track, maintain, and generate sales reports. - Analyze and generate food & beverage cost reports. - Monitor and manage food, beverage, and non-food inventory costs and quantities. - Track and manage inventory turnover and wastage. Purchasing and Supplier Relations: - Oversee the purchasing of all food, beverage, and non-food items. - Ensure purchases align with the restaurant’s budget and quality standards. - Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. - Build new relationships and source new suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality. Marketing and Brand Management: - Monitor online reviews and feedback to ensure Cotta’s brand is positively represented. **Extra $$$ points if** - You able to help Cotta collaborate with other brands & businesses for marketing/branding/sales. - Have a background in photography & video. - You know how to use a professional camera. - You have a passion for photography & video. - You’re fluent with Excel. - You’re a people person. - You're a creative person. - You’re "good" in Japanese / Korean. - You're funny with awkward humor. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Free parking - Meal provided - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - STM/STPM (preferred) **Experience**: - Restaurant Management: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) **Location**: - Mont Kiara (required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/01/2025
