**Reports To**:
Senior Manager, In-Flight & Catering Operations
**Role Purpose**:
Coordinate the implementation of total in-flight entertainment (media contents -video &audio, reading materials, children giveaways) as per guideline set by Product Dept so as to ensure customers satisfaction in cost efficient manner
**Key Accountability**:
- Monitor the deliverables of total IFE from appointed service provider to ensure that the deliverable meets operational Coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure IFE operational implementation meets marketing and product brief as well as customer satisfaction.
- Control and monitor in-flight entertainment and in-flight reading material operating expenditure by implementing initiatives and/or project to achieve structural cost reduction or cost efficiency and remains within approved budget and contract value.
- Plan the uplift of in-flight reading materials uplift i.e. newspapers, magazines and children giveaways system-wide. Ensuring compliance to censorship standards set by the regulators.
- Monitor and track invoices from supplier and the payment status with the billing team. Liaise with Product Department on the selection of new children giveaways and liaise with Procurement Department and appointed suppliers for the purchase of reading materials and children giveaways.
**Qualification & Experience**:
Degree in related discipline with minimum 2 years working experience or Diploma in related discipline with minimum 3 years working experience
