Monitor project budget, operation cost and project cash flow; ensure ISO procedure being carried out, interim progress payment, variation order and extension of time submitted on time and approved by Client.
- Monitor and ensure the following ISO procedures being complied from various departments and subordinates
- Prepare the Project Plan.
- Monitor the approved budget and ensure monthly report are submitted promptly.
- Ensure the operation cost updated correctly.
- Monitor and ensure material usage and wastage are within budgeted range.
- Monitor and update the status of cashflow.
- Ensure the payment certification are accordance to the work done completed on site.
- Liaison with Client Representative/Consultant for Interim Progress Claim Certification.
- Verify Interim progress claim.
- Ensure the notification to Client for variation order, extension of time, loss & expenses claims are submitted in timely manner.
- Prepare and compile variation claim, ensure all the submission are in timely manner.
- Finalise Main Contract with Client Representative/Consultant at the end of Project.
- Review progress payment certification to ensure no over certification/payment.
- Liaise with Procurement Department for status of Procurement and Subcontracting Works.
- Liaise with Procurement Department for Final accounts with subcontractor / supplier.
- Review all the Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) issued to subcontractors/suppliers.
- Prepare the reports for Budgets, Notice of Claims, Client's Instructions, Claims, VO, Cashflow.

**Job Requirement**:

- Applicants must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveyor. (CGPA 3.30 and above)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
