**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia.**
- Able to communicate in **Korean language (TOPIK 5 or 6)** since it will be dealing with Korean speakers.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under high paced working environment.
- Age Group: 18-55 years old.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
- Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure positive attitude towards customers at all times.
- Possess strong understanding of company’s products.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
