Act as the first point of contact and focal point for all incoming communications, correspondences and any form of enquiries.
- Responsible to perform and support all tasks and duties for a proper gym management (tardiness, cleanliness, safety and functionality of all facilities & gym equipment).
- Ensure clean and safe environment for all patronage in line with set standard operating procedures.
- Provide guidance and assistance to all guests/members’ enquiries.
- Promotes memberships, sales of gym equipment and any other related marketing activities.
- Plan, schedule and organize events and activities to boost branding of center.
- Manages all administrative matters including registration, maintenance of data and all billing matters.
- Attend and respond to guests/members’ comments or complaints tactfully and restore their satisfaction.
- Upkeep & maintenance of gym equipment - install, dismantle and fix gym equipment.
**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the gym environment is required for this position.
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree holder in Sports Science & Management or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work on shifts (to be flexible as may be required to work on any day and weekends).
- Good English proficiency. Ability to speak in multilingual (more than 1 language) is an added advantage.
- Understand functions and able to operate different gym equipment.
- Knowledge in gym equipment maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferably possess customer service/hospitality/fitness industry background.
- Good attitude with vibrant personality. Able to be an individual contributor as well as good team player.
- Preferably a Certified First Aider (CPR & AED training).
