- Promote and present our fixed package recruitment solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and promote repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust client base.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Degree in HR or Business Development.
- Experience in HR and Marketing is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Eager to earn money and work in a team.
