**Objectives**:

- Ensure Risks and Issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved.
- Monitoring performance metrics.
- Monitoring program and project performance of both internal team and external clients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications from clients.
- Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes & status reports.
- Deliver output process, including briefing client feedback to team members and assisting in managing the delivery of key stages of work.
- Coordination and communication of clients in project.
- Liaise with internal team on progress.
- In charge of customer contract renewal.

**Essential Experience**:

- Excellent customer service and a good communicator.
- Ability to multitask across multifaceted projects.
- Able to adapt to change and respond positively when faced with new challenges.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
