- operational issues (Cleaner, Security and technician)
- Escort suppliers who perform work in Volvo premises and ensure service sheet in place.
- Helping in LVO - low value order sourcing activities for Real Estate
- Helping in arranging any adhoc request that related to VGRE (ex. Urgent cleaning matter, urgent
- Short-term maintenance etc.)
- Follow up and filling ISO documents
- Monitor, follow up contractor’s safety briefing training record, permit to work, service sheet as per
- ISO Requirement.
- Support, Submit, monitor, and follow up CSR/HRDD mitigation plan or other requirements that related to Suppliers.
- Issues PO and GR in EBD system.
- Checking and consolidating invoices that related to VGRE and submit to Finance for end-month closing.
- Courier out documents, samples etc. to Stakeholders and users that outside Shah Alam
- Manage and prepare minutes of Meetings for Operation Performance review meetings with suppliers
- Manage and prepare minutes of Meeting Business Review Meetings with key suppliers
- Minute recording and safekeeping if necessary
- Maintaining and updating the latest information in the VGRE system
- Daily CCTV backup on the hard disk
- Support on minor handyman activity
- Backup for technician buddy when working in a high and confined space.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate and facility management
- Thorough knowledge of administrative and technical or Engineering
- Fluent in Bahasa and English both spoken and written
**Salary**: RM3,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
