Summary:
The Retail Branch Manager - Sportswear is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a sportswear retail store. This role will require a strong understanding of retail operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for sports and fitness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ensure that all sales goals and targets are met or exceeded
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and foot traffic
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a sportswear or athletic apparel store
- preferable mandarin speakers
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems
- Passion for sports and fitness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
