**工作職責：**
- 定期進行差異調查、驗證和報告
- 按時、高精度地完成報告
- 負責產品成本會計與成本會計
- 協助每週和每月差異分析、成本和利潤分析
- 為了分析成本以進行成本核算，監控製造過程中的變化以確定對獲利能力的影響
- 更新成本資訊、準備報告並將成本估算與實際情況進行比較
- 計算和分析產品成本，包括材料成本、直接人工和製造費用。與產品開發團隊密切合作，計算新產品的成本，並為定價決策提供成本輸入。
- 支援管理層的任何臨時分配
- 維護和增強成本會計系統和工具，確保成本資料的準確性和一致性。實施成本會計方法並向團隊成員提供培訓，以確保遵守既定標準

**要求：**
- 1-3年成本會計系統開發經驗；
- 較強的人際溝通能力和解決問題的能力；
- 中高水準的 Excel 熟練程度 - V/H/X 查找和資料透視表是必須的，具有 BI 工具（Power BI / Power Query）知識或經驗者優先；
- PowerPoint 簡報技巧
- 數位敏感
- 有精益製造工作經驗者優先，但不是必須的。
