Machining and Die-casting Manager 机加工与压铸经理

**Job Responsibilities 岗位职责**

**1. Production & Operations Management 生产与运营管理**
- Formulate monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on company schedules and the characteristics of machining and die-casting operations.
- 根据公司生产计划，结合机加工与压铸工艺特点，科学制定月、周、日生产计划。
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to ensure timely task completion and on-time delivery.
- 合理调配人力、设备、物料资源，确保加工任务高效完成，满足交期要求。
- Lead workshop 5S management and optimize layout, material placement, and workflow to improve efficiency and create a safe, clean work environment.
- 推动车间5S管理，优化车间布局与物料摆放，提升效率，营造安全、整洁、有序的工作环境。

**2. Equipment & Technical Management 设备与技术管理**
- Manage the full lifecycle of machining and die-casting equipment, including selection, installation, maintenance, repair, and disposal.
- 全面负责设备的选型、采购、安装、维护、维修及报废等全生命周期管理。
- Develop equipment maintenance plans and SOPs, conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- 制定设备维护保养计划及操作规程，定期点检，降低故障率与停机时间。

**3. Quality Control 质量管理**
- Implement the company's quality system; develop inspection standards for each process stage to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
- 执行公司质量体系，制定工序质量控制标准，确保产品符合客户和行业标准。
- Analyze common defects (e.g., porosity, cold shuts, die sticking), lead corrective and preventive actions.
- 针对常见压铸缺陷（如气孔、缩松、冷隔、粘模等）组织改进，提高合格率。

**4. Team Building & Management 团队建设与管理**
- Plan and implement recruitment, training, and development programs. Build a capable, disciplined, and cooperative team.
- 制定招聘、培训、晋升计划，建设技术过硬、执行力强、协作良好的团队。
- Foster effective communication; resolve employee issues and improve satisfaction and retention.
- 建立沟通机制，了解员工动态，协调解决问题，提升满意度和归属感。

**5. Cost Control 成本控制**
- Control production costs by managing material usage, energy consumption, labor efficiency, and equipment maintenance.
- 管控原材料、能源、人工和维修等成本，优化工艺、提升设备利用率以降低单位成本。
- Analyze cost data regularly, detect abnormalities, and implement cost-saving measures.
- 定期分析成本数据，发现异常，制定有效控制措施。

**6. Safety & Environmental Management 安全与环保管理**
- Ensure compliance with laws and internal safety regulations; implement safety training and emergency drills.
- 遵守安全法规与公司制度，组织安全培训与应急演练，防范安全事故。
- Conduct regular safety inspections; maintain mold and equipment in safe working condition.
- 定期开展安全检查，保障模具与设备运行安全，延长使用寿命。

**Job Requirements 任职要求**

**1. Educational Background 教育背景**
- Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Die-Casting, or related fields.
- 大专及以上学历，机械、制造、压铸等相关专业。
- Professional certification (e.g., Mechanical Engineer, Mold Engineer) is preferred.
- 持相关专业职称证书者优先。

**2. Work Experience工作经验**
- Minimum 5 years in machining and/or die-casting; at least 3 years in a management role.
- 具有5年以上机加工或压铸相关经验，3年以上管理经验。
- Familiar with die-casting process flow, machining operations, and production management practices.
- 熟悉压铸与机加工流程及生产管理模式。

**3. Professional Skills 专业技能**
- Proficient in CAD and other design/CAM software; able to prepare technical drawings, process plans, and CNC programs.
- 熟练使用CAD等软件，能编制工艺和加工程序。
- Strong knowledge of CNC lathes, milling machines, machining centers, and their maintenance.
- 熟悉数控车床、铣床、加工中心等设备操作与维护，具备故障诊断能力。
- Capable of quality analysis, process optimization, and defect reduction in die-casting production.
- 能分析质量问题并优化压铸工艺，提升产品质量。

**4. General Competencies综合素质**
- Strong planning, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- 具备良好的计划、协调、沟通与执行能力。
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to perform under pressure.
- 责任心强，诚实守信，能在高压环境下工作。
- Preferably able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
- 具备良好的中文沟通能力者优先。
- 优先考虑年龄在25至45岁之间的候选人.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
