Responsibilities
- To prepare report on specific assignment and any ad-hoc reports as required by superior from time to time
- To monitor & update employee's leave (Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Compassionate Leave & etc)
- To update employee's attendance record & overtime requisition
- Coordinate with canteen operator for the preparation of meal coupon & prepare monthly summary for meal coupon payment
- To control, monitor and replenish PPE stock, office stationeries & groceries inventory
- Organizing & filing related documents & correspondences in order accordingly
- To assist Human Resources functions & employee welfare
- To undertake any related job & other ad-hoc duties instructed by superior from time to time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
