- Assist QA Manager in maintaining in house food safety and quality policies, standard HACCP, procedures and customer specification.
- To ensure day to day activities in food processing manufacturing and restaurant processes comply with Food Safety & Quality.
- Plan, conduct internal audit for compliance with HACCP; prepare audit report and follow up corrective action.
- Assist external auditor for the audit and follow up corrective action for the audit findings.
- Responsibility to conduct mock recall and traceability.
- Involve in product non-conformance investigation.
- Assist QA Manager to ensure that the finished product complies with all QC activities ie. Incoming, In-process and Outgoing.
- Assist in monitor the release/reject of Quarantine Finished Products and ensure the quality of finished product is maintained with proper handling and storage and make sure all necessary testing is carried out.
- Responsibility for Document Controller for the system.
- Update manual and procedures if any changes in the process.
- Conduct supplier audit as per schedule.
- Work with purchasing department to manage the vendor quality management system (approval stage, vendor risk assessment).
- To provide training and guidance to subordinate in department for skill and job knowledge development.
- **Requirement**:_
- Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science or Food Technology preferred. Life Science degree or related technical fields may be considered with food experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in quality control in the food industry is required preferably in a management position.
- Able to travel to out station outlets to conduct audits.
- Technical knowledge and hands on experience in handling certification audit such as GMP and HACCP.
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, quality control, pest control and distribution of goods.
- Familiar with Malaysia food regulatory requirement

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,300.00 per month
