- **Tenant Relations** : Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease-related matters. Address tenant concerns, negotiate resolutions to disputes, and maintain positive tenant relationships to ensure high retention rates.
- **Financial Oversight** : Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and collection of lease-related payments. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting related to leasing activities.
- **Market Analysis** : Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis to inform leasing strategies and pricing. Identify opportunities for leasing optimization and revenue growth.
- **Team Leadership** : Lead, mentor and develop the lease administration team. Ensure staff are well trained, efficient, and aligned with company goals and policies.
- **Cross Functional-Collaboration** : Work closely with other departments, including property management, marketing, and legal to ensure cohesive approach to mall management and tenant engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree / Diploma holder in related field.
- 4-5 years of demonstrated experience in **lease admin management**, preferably in the **Shopping Mall** sector.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and lease administration.
- Permanent vacancy available.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
