1. Carry out tasks based on the set scope diligently, comply with the rules & procedures set as well as obey the instructions of Head Kitchen / Supervisor as long as it does not conflict with the regulations. 2. Ensure that all standard operating procedures (SOP) are followed without any reason to ensure that work at a high standard can be carried out consistently. 3. Carry out cooking tasks by always ensuring that the best products according to the established Policies & Procedures can be produced for maximum customer satisfaction. 4. Ensure the optimal use of raw materials and reduce the rate of loss (wastage) which results in a reduction in the profit margin. 5. Ensuring semi-finished raw materials (Work In Progress) are stored according to appropriate procedures. 6. Self-perform and ensure the implementation of cleaning tasks in the back / kitchen by the store staff based on the procedures and hygiene standards set. 7. Comply with all rules related to work discipline as set by the company. 8. Cooperate with all other store staff in the implementation of their duties regardless of the high team spirit. 9.
