**Position Overview**:
The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple departments including Marketing, Finance, Maintenance, Procurement, and Guest Experience. This role requires a dynamic leader to ensure smooth operational workflows, maintain high guest satisfaction levels, and optimize efficiency in line with the hotel's revenue and cost-control targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Operations**
- Analyze weekly campaign reports and optimize based on performance.
- Oversee marketing content creation, including photos, videos, and copywriting.
- Provide stakeholders with analyses of social media campaigns to guide strategy and optimize conversions.
- Track daily sales performance for Rooms, F&B, and Reservations and share with stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize sales funnels from social media campaigns to conversions.
- Maintain sales funnel platforms (OTAs, Channel Manager, Website, etc.).
- Ensure timely reporting and tracking of campaigns.
- Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website management, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Lead content creation and branding initiatives to align with the hotel’s image and voice.

**Finance Operations**
- Oversee monthly financial reporting, ensuring accurate reconciliations and audits.
- Manage tax returns and ensure compliance with corporate obligations.
- Coordinate year-end audits and reconcile bank statements to maintain financial accuracy.
- Analyze revenues, commission payments, and operational expenses to inform decision-making.
- Ensure the accurate calculation of service charges.

**Maintenance Operations**
- Identify and execute preventive maintenance tasks for Rooms & F&B.
- Coordinate with building management (PMC) and contractors for ongoing maintenance needs.
- Oversee maintenance reporting and ensure proper documentation for repairs and cost analysis.
- Monitor and track the cost of repairs, ensuring activities align with budget.

**Procurement & Inventory Control**
- Vendor management: Identify and negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Implement effective inventory management systems to ensure efficient procurement.
- Monitor purchasing trends and forecast future needs based on hotel occupancy.
- Implement cost-control strategies to optimize hotel resources while minimizing excess and waste.

**Guest Experience Operations**
- Respond and address VIP guest needs promptly.
- Oversee monthly calculation of staff incentives such as Google reviews, upselling, and service charge.
- Monitor guest reviews and ensure the hotel maintains positive online feedback across platforms.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel operations or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of hotel operational systems (marketing, finance, maintenance, procurement).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, TableApp, Micro Simphony etc.).

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
