WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Planning and strategizing sales activities and working closely with Agency Managers to ensure the Company’s assigned production targets are achieved.

**Responsibilities**:
- Planning and strategizing sales activities and working closely with Agency Managers to ensure the Company’s assigned production targets are achieved.
- Working with the Agency Managers and organizing recruitment initiatives to achieve the regional recruitment target.
- Maximizing distribution productivity and effectiveness by aligning initiatives to the segmentation of agency force.
- Acting as a mediator in any agency-related conflicts.
- Working closely with various departments to resolve agent-related matters.
- Developing and leading Business Development Executives and Admin Support staff in daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably from Financial industry.
- Strategic thinking skills with capability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent with strong problem solving skills.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
