Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist Human Resource Department to perform the full spectrum of HR function together with HR Admin which includes:

- Recruitment process
- Staff Performance Evaluation - Form issuing and compilation
- Up to date employee name list and details and annual employee bio data
- Staff benefit well fare (MC, AL, Team Building, Team Reward, Insurance - PA)

2. Assist to manage office administration which includes:

- Provide admin support to the sales and operations department.
- Office planning and facilities management including office equipment
- Sourcing and procurement of general office supplies & product supplies
- Organization and coordination of company events and activities
- Stationary re-ordering and controlling
- Company car and lorry maintenance, road tax & insurance renewal

3. Any other relevant job functions as and when required.
- To back up accounts department
- To back up customer service
- To back up procurement

Specific Professional Requirements:
2. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Must be professionally mature, dynamic and possess strong value of integrity

4. Able to speak & write English & B. Malaysia. Mandarin and other Chinese dialects

5. Must computer literate.

6. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
