Job Descriptions:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Food handling course arrangement
- Liaise with outsource workers agents
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- To handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignment
Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree/diploma in Human Resource/Admin or any related field
- At least 1 year working experience in the HR/Admin field
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
