Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM)

Location: 3 Two Square, Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya

Industry: Training, Consulting and Learning Services Provider

The Recruitment and Training Coordinator role supports both hiring new staff and training existing employees. This role also helps in coordinating and handling the company's training sessions/projects. You will help to look for participants to join the sessions conducted by the company. You'll help schedule interviews, manage paperwork, coordinate training logistics, and track progress. Excellent communication skills are needed to keep everyone informed for a smooth recruitment and training experience. This role may also involve mentoring interns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate training sessions/projects conducted by the company.
- Source/look for participants to join the training sessions/projects.
- Coordinate logistics for training, including venue bookings and materials preparation.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, recruitment, project coordination or any other related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
