The role is responsible to supports in training administration, client relations, and project coordination to ensure the effective delivery of training programmes and high client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing consulting and training processes, administering HRDC claims, maintaining accurate CRM records, and fostering strong relationships with clients, trainers, and internal teams. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities, contributing to the seamless execution of training sessions and overall programme success.
- Support all aspects of training administration, including scheduling, room setup, material preparation, and participant coordination for both in-house and public sessions.
- Assist in coordinating internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project/training execution, meeting timelines and budget requirements.
- Administer HRDC management and claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and handling related client inquiries.
- Contribute to executing the training calendar, ensuring that scheduled programmes run on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, trainers, and partners, to foster engagement and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Use and maintain the CRM system to ensure database accuracy and maintain detailed records of client interactions, training activities, and project details.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, marketing collaterals, reports, and briefings to support client solutions, business development, and marketing efforts.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, managing records, and taking minutes.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- managing training administration & process: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- driving license and able to drive? (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
