Strategy business partner relationship with a listed logistic company by providing hub to hub and hub to depot local and inter-state delivery Currently, transform business model from traditional to technology based by developing own logistic platform. Due to expanding of business the company is actively looking talent to join them

Job Scope:

- Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and monitoring the lorry fleet operation trends;
- Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information to forecast new requirements;
- Manage all fleet and equipment performance and availability based on operation requirements to avoid penalty charges and damage to company reputation;
- Arrange fleets and drivers to provide support to Operations Department;
- manage and planning on the costing of vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation regarding new and current vehicles in the fleet;
- Manage strategic planning at the level of HQ in overall Service Areas maintenance activities, breakdown service, and maintenance record to ensure the fleet and equipment are well taken care of and operate at optimum level and effective cost;
- Understand, monitor, and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations (eg. Relevant licenses, insurance coverage)
- Streamline and monitor the fuel purchase system with the assistance of Fuel Cards for all vehicles and drivers;
- To ensure vehicles comply with Environment & Safety practices to avoid operational disruption;
- Develop and propose standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating industry best practices;
- Plan and prepare the annual budget, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives; inclusive of new purchase and/or disposal
- Facilitate and implement corrective actions and manage the entire fleet to achieve company objectives;
Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
- At least 3- 5 years of working experience in Fleet Management or Operations Logistics field is required;
- Strong report writing and communication skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Meticulous and strong interpersonal skills;
- High diligence, patience under strong pressure, persistent and have good presentation skills;

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
